Underground products were made to be durable, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be satisfied.

Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse or neglect.   Replacement with the same color cannot be guaranteed.

 

If you're unsatisfied with a product you purchased from Underground you can return your item(s) as follows:

• Items purchased online can be returned online  within 30 days of purchase.  
• Items purchased from a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned to that same provider. 
• Returned items must be unused and unwashed.
